thoughts on this team?

this is the first time I'm playing any Pokemon game (that too emulator).

i don't particularly like pikachu since low defence so i was considering swapping it with lapras. i do have a scyther, hitmonlee which i find pretty cool lol.

Charizard, Fearow and Snorlax have a solid spot in my team

I just got a lapras from the Silph Co. building. I have no clue what the elite 4 have in store for me, i just want to experience this game as candidly as possible but i would appreciate some help in team building.
